“My husband and I enjoyed working with Tim Baldwin to buy our home in Milwaukee!

We wanted a historic home and wanted to work with a real estate agent who was knowledgeable about them. Not all Realtors are, and many don't understand or even like older homes and they try to steer you towards something newer or new construction... My husband and I didn't want that.

I found Tim and McKenna Real Estate online after Googling something like "historic home realtor in Milwaukee."

I then contacted him about some properties we were interested in, and he was very responsive and quickly set up viewing appointments. Ultimately, we ended up buying a home that wasn't on our list and that Tim found for us!

Buying a home is stressful, but Tim made things go smoothly. We closed on time and moved in that day. No shenanigans or delays. He communicated well and got us all necessary paperwork on time. He was clear about deadlines for signatures, inspections, etc.
