Paul McKenna is a highly experienced Milwaukee real estate broker and the founder of McKenna Real Estate LLC. A proud U.S. Navy veteran of the Iraq War, Paul brings the values of integrity, service, and dedication to every client relationship.
With over 18 years as a licensed Wisconsin real estate broker, Paul has successfully guided clients through thousands of residential and commercial real estate transactions. He is an active member of the Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS® and is recognized for his strong negotiation skills, deep knowledge of the local housing market, and commitment to delivering personalized results.
Paul’s educational background further strengthens his expertise. He holds degrees in Urban Planning and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and a Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School, giving clients a distinct advantage in navigating both the business and legal aspects of real estate transactions.

Tim Baldwin

Licensed realtor, RENE (real estate negotiation expert) & historic property specialist. Tim has practiced in residential and commercial real estate since 2015. Residing in a local and national historic district in Brewers Hill since 1999, Tim has vast experience in all the intricacies involved and resources available with historic properties.
Tim first moved to Milwaukee in 1987 to attend UWM and ultimately earned his architectural degree.
